• Each team is allowed 10 players on defense, rover must be placed behind the baseline
• Each player must play 6 outs per game
• 11" softball is to be used
• Each game will consist of 6 innings with a 1 ½ hour time limit, no new innings are to be started after time limit
• No stealing or bunting
• Due to health reasons a hat (ball cap) must be worn under the batting helmets. THIS IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE PARENTS AND GIRLS, NOT THE COACHES. NOT WEARING A HAT WILL MEAN NOT BEING ALLOWED TO BAT!!

PTICHING

• Coaches will pitch at all times
• Coaches that are pitching will be at least 20 foot from home plate
• After the ball is hit coach must attempt to get out of the way of the ball(leave field)
• If coach is hit the ball is dead
• Player in the pitching position must start with at least 1 foot in the pitchers circle
• The ball is to be thrown back to the player, not the coach after the play

OFFENSE

• Helmets with masks must be worn at all times
• 6 run limit per team per inning
• Batter has 3 strikes
• Each batter gets 7 pitches, then the batters is out, unless last pitch is fouls off
• The entire team will bat every game
• If the ball Is hit in fair territory it is playable ball
• No infield fly rule
• Coaches can be in the field to help out but not interfere with play, coaches are also responsible for umpiring

DEFENSE

• No player shall be allowed to play any closer to home plate than half the distances from first or third to home
• Catcher must wear full gear with helmet at all times
• Use discretion when advancing players to the next base. Once a ball is controlled by an infielder on the infield the base runners/batter may advance a maximum of one base from that time, at their won risk of being put out. If the runner is played upon and the ball overthrown the ball is dead and runners may not advance.
